    The Senate President, Godswill Akpabio, revealed the appointed chairpersons of the 74 full-standing committees within the 10th Senate on Monday. These committees were established after extended closed-door sessions.

    Among the prominent figures named as committee chairpersons are Aminu Tambuwal for Housing and Urban Development, Adams Oshiomole for Interior, Ahmed Lawan for Defence, Abdulaziz Yari for Water Resources, and Gbenga Daniels for Navy.

    Additional committee leaders include Jibrin Barau for Constitutional Amendment, Senator Godiya Akwashiki for Airforce, Buhari Abdulfatai for Aviation, Osita Izunaso for Capital Market, Cyril Fasuyi for Establishment and Public Services, Senator Seriake Dickson for Ecological and Climate Change, and Orji Kalu for Privatisation.
