Mohamed Bazoum, the detained President of Niger who was removed from power by his guard last month, received a medical visit on Saturday, according to his entourage, as concerns about his well-being continue to rise.
A member of Bazoum’s entourage informed AFP that the president’s doctor had visited him on the day, providing both medical care and food for Bazoum, along with his wife and son, who are also being held in detention alongside him.
