“Within one year of being in government, we would take Asaba textile mill and restore it,” he said. We will manufacture a wide range of apparel materials. We intend to sell apparel materials to other countries.”

In addition, the SDP governorship candidate stated that his government will transform a portion of the Isoko lands into a rice producing area, and that all Delta State schools, from elementary to university level, will be tuition-free.
He lamented the state’s current public school situation, which he regarded as pathetic.
“We will reform our school system. After that, I will not allow our government officials’ children to attend school in another country. “We will improve our hospitals to the point where no one will need to travel outside the state for medical treatment,” he said.
Gbagi also stated that from June 1, 2023, he will give N30,000 monthly to every Delta youth. Promising to computerize all of the state’s youth and build a database of all of them.
In the same breath, he warned the youths not to “let anybody fool you with their empty promises. Gbagi has the solution to Delta state’s challenges.”
He also pledged to treat everyone fairly.
“God will disgrace me if I take over and do what they have done. Kenneth Gbagi, this election is not about you. It is about the people of Delta state’s well-being. We must save Delta state and make it become the envy of others.”
