Chelsea’s manager, Graham Potter, has been sacked.
On Sunday, the Premier League side released a statement confirming this.
Potter was appointed by Blues co-owner in September to replace Thomas Tuchel.
He was dismissed, however, only seven months into the five-year deal he signed.
Potter only won seven of his 22 Premier League games as manager.
His departure comes after Chelsea’s 2-0 loss at home to Aston Villa, which dropped the Blues to 11th in the Premier League table, 12 points behind fourth-placed Manchester United.
