Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun state has appointed himself and his deputy, Kola Olawusi, as commissioners for Works, Sports, and Special Needs. This decision was announced during the swearing-in ceremony of 25 newly appointed commissioners, each assigned to various portfolios.
Additionally, the Governor swore in a lawyer, Sola Akintola, as the Commissioner for Health. The appointments were confirmed by the House of Assembly after thorough screening, and the Speaker, Adewale Egbedun, announced the confirmation.

Bunmi Jenyo (Commerce and Industry), George Alabi (Land and Physical Planning), and Sola Ogungbile (Finance).
