Tribunal Chairman in Calabar, Justice Olukayode Adeniyi, has assured that the tribunal will carry out its duty impartially.
This was said by Adeniyi on Wednesday at the tribunal’s inaugural sitting in Calabar.
He said the tribunal will guarantee that judgment was given in favor of the true winners of the state’s just concluded National and State House of Assembly elections.
The Chairman, joined by other two members of the panel, Justice Eva Okoronkwo and Justice Z. U. Modibbo, urged all parties involved in the tribunal’s hearing to cooperate.
“We will discharge our duties to the best of our abilities while keeping the oath we took in mind.”
“We assure all litigants of a fair trial and will not entertain any form of interference from any quarter,” he said.
