    Ministerial list: Tinubu assigns portfolios to cabinet nominees [See full list]

    President Bola Tinubu has assigned specific roles to his ministerial nominees. This information was conveyed to the press by the President’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale.

    As outlined in the list, Mr. Wale Edun has been appointed as the Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, while Bunmi Tunji-Ojo is the designated Minister of Marine and Blue Economy.

    Bosun Tuani will serve as the Minister of Communications, Innovation, and Digital Economy, and Ishak Salako will take up the position of Minister of State for Environment and Ecological Management.

    In the new roster, the former governors of Rivers and Ebonyi states, Nyesom Wike and Dave Umahi, respectively, have been chosen as ministers for the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) and Minister of Works.
