Prince Tunji Moronfoye, the Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Kwara State, has officially tendered his resignation from his position.
This development is communicated through a letter dated 04/09/2023, addressed to the state chairman of the party, Babatunde Muhammed.
In his letter, Prince Tunji stated, “I am writing this letter to express my intention to step down from my role as the state publicity secretary of the party and as a member of the State Working Committee (SWC).”
He clarified that his decision is based on personal reasons and emphasized, “I harbour no ill feelings toward the PDP and its leadership, Sir.”
He also expressed his gratitude, saying, “It has been an honour and indeed a privilege to collaborate with an exceptional team. I can only praise all the SWC members with whom I have worked during my tenure in office,” he added.
