Ayodeji Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, the Nigerian singer, has lost his mother.
Wizkid’s mother, Mrs. Jane Dolapo Balogun, passed away on Friday around 1:30 am.
Sunday Aare, Wizkid’s longtime manager, confirmed the tragic event . He shared that Mrs. Balogun passed away in the early hours of Friday.
Aare stated, “Yes, she died this morning, at about 1.30 am.”
The departed Mrs. Balogun was the mother of two other children, namely Yetunde Balogun and Lade Balogun.
